This is the hardest post I’ll ever have to write for this site. So I’ll keep it short.

Jamespig died last night. He was snuggled in his fresh bedding, sleeping on his side as he so often liked to do.

He was always so cute when he flopped on his side and popcorned all around when I changed his bedding.

I snuggled with him for a couple hours last night and he was so affectionate and snuggly. Nothing seemed wrong, he was his normal cute self. I fed him his dinner, and petted him some more then I went to bed…

I miss you sweet pig.

The forum is back up. So popcorn on in and make yourself at home. It features all the best in Cavy Comforts.

Earlier the Daily Pig was down and acting up. This is because the site moved from it’s old home to new spacious accomodations at Dreamhost.

This site is not dead. The updates have not stopped by choice. Rather the host where this site lives experienced major hardware problems last week, causing this, and the rest of my sites to be down for about 4 days.

I am in the process of moving The Daily Pig, as well as about a dozen other sites to a new server which redundnct systems in place so this will not happen again.

For those who care, we are moving to Dreamhost, where I’ve had an account since 2002, they should be more solid than our current host.

I have stopped posting updates until the server move is complete (should be this weekend).

Expect new posting to resume this weekend along with catch-up posts.
